Common Issues
Authentication Errors (401)
- Verify your token is included in the
Authorizationheader - Check the token format:
Bearer rt_sk.prod.xxx - Ensure the token has not been revoked
Permission Errors (403)
- Your token may lack the required scope for this endpoint
- Contact your account manager to request additional scopes
Rate Limit Errors (429)
- You've exceeded the rate limit (300 requests/minute)
- Implement caching and exponential backoff in your integration
- Contact your account manager if you need higher limits
